Kabul

Neon Brink uygulamasını (“Oyun”) indirdiğinizde, kurduğunuzda veya oynadığınızda bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı (“Koşullar”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Oyunu kullanmayın. TR Games markasıyla faaliyet gösteren Türkiye Yazılım A.Ş. (“Geliştirici”) ile aranızdaki bu anlaşma, Oyunun Google Play üzerinden dağıtımıyla birlikte sunulur.

Oyunun niteliği

Neon Brink ücretsiz bir arcade yarış oyunudur ve internet bağlantısı olmadan tam oynanabilir. Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri için tasarlanmıştır. Reklamlar ve isteğe bağlı satın alımlar internette çalışır; bu özellikler kullanılamadığında Oyun çevrimdışı duruma geçer ve çökmez.

Lisans

Oyun, size kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı olarak sunulur; sahiplik devredilmez. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, değiştiremez, türev ürün üretemez, yeniden dağıtamaz ya da otomasyon, hile, mod veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf araçlarla oynayamazsınız.

Sanal öğeler ve uygulama içi satın alımlar

• Paralar, elmaslar, arabalar, kaplamalar, ekipmanlar ve diğer sanal öğeler yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılabilir sanal değerdedir; gerçek para karşılığı devredilemez, satılamaz, takas edilemez ve nakde çevrilemez.
• Satın alımlar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve ödeme, iade ve faturalama kuralları Google'ın koşullarına tabidir. Ödeme bilgileri Geliştirici'ye iletilmez.
• Tüketilebilir elmas paketleri harcandığında geri gelmez. Kalıcı ürünler (remove_ads, starter_pack, cosmetic_bundle_1) uygulamayı silseniz bile Google Play üzerinden geri yüklenebilir.
• “Reklamları kaldır” satın alımı yalnızca geçiş reklamlarını kapatır; istediğiniz zaman izleyebileceğiniz ödüllü reklamlar ve ödülleri isteğe bağlı olarak kalır.
• Elmaslar takas arabalarını ve kozmetikleri açar; hiçbir satın alım bir arabayı diğerinden daha iyi sürülür hâle getirmez.

Reklamlar

Oyunda isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar ve sınırlı geçiş reklamları bulunur. Ödüllü reklam izlemek tamamen size bağlıdır; Oyun reklam izlemeden de tamamen oynanabilir. Reklam onayı, kişiselleştirme tercihleri ve reklam kimliği yönetimi için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın. Koşu sırasında hiçbir reklam gösterilmez.

Google Play Oyunlar

Liderlik tabloları ve başarımlar Google Play Oyunlar hizmetiyle çalışır. Bu özellikler Google hesabınıza ve Google'ın kendi koşullarına tabidir. Devam ya da bagaj kullanılan koşular hiçbir liderlik tablosuna gönderilmez. Giriş yapmadığınızda Oyun aynen çalışır; yalnızca bu sosyal özellikler gizlenir.

Oyun ilerlemeniz

İlerlemeniz (rekorlar, paralar, elmaslar, arabalar, kozmetikler, görevler, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde cihazdaki ilerlemeniz silinir. Geliştirici, cihaz değişikliği, uygulama silme veya veri kaybı sonucu oluşan ilerleme kayıplarını geri yüklemekle yükümlü değildir.

Devam eden hizmetlerde değişiklik

Geliştirici, Oyunu ve özelliklerini (içerik, denge, ödüller, etkinlikler) güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir. Uzaktan ayar (Remote Config) ile bazı değerler (reklam sıklığı, ödül miktarları, seviye ve kupa eşikleri) güncelleme olmadan da değişebilir. Bu değişiklikler size ek maliyet yaratmaz.

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

• Oyunu yalnızca amacına uygun kullanın; başkalarının deneyimini bozmayın (hile, otomasyon, istismar).
• Oyunun ya da içindeki sanal ekonominin dengesini bozan açıkları kötüye kullanmayın; bulduğunuz hataları [email protected] adresine bildirin.
• Oyunla birlikte kanuna aykırı, taciz edici veya uygunsuz içerik paylaşmayın (ör. paylaşım kartına kendi metninizi ekleyerek).

Fikri mülkiyet

Oyunun adı, kodu, grafikleri, müzikleri, sesleri, tasarımları ve bütün içerikleri Geliştirici'ye aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase) kendi koşulları geçerlidir. Oyun; Google, Android veya Google Play'in ürünü değildir ve bu taraflarca onaylanmamıştır.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kanunun zorunlu kıldığı hâller dışında Geliştirici, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlar, veri/ilerleme kaybı veya kâr kaybı için sorumlu tutulamaz. Sorumluluğumuz, varsa, son 12 ay içinde Oyunda yaptığınız toplam ödemeyle sınırlıdır.

Fesih

Bu Koşulları dilediğiniz zaman uygulamayı silerek sona erdirebilirsiniz. Koşullara aykırı davranmanız hâlinde Geliştirici, Play kuralları çerçevesinde desteği ve erişimi durdurabilir.

Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Koşullar değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir; kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Bu Koşullar Türk hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing or playing the Neon Brink app (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game. This agreement is between you and Türkiye Yazılım A.Ş., trading as TR Games (the “Developer”), and is delivered through distribution on Google Play.

Nature of the Game

Neon Brink is a free arcade racing game and is fully playable without an internet connection. The Game is designed for ages 13 and over. Ads and optional purchases work online; when these features are unavailable the Game falls back to an offline state and never crashes.

Licence

The Game is licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis; no ownership is transferred. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works of or redistribute the Game, or play it with automation, cheats, mods or unauthorised third-party tools.

Virtual items and in-app purchases

• Coins, gems, cars, skins, equipment and other virtual items hold value only inside the Game; they cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for real money.
• Purchases are made through Google Play; payment, refund and billing terms are governed by Google's terms. Payment details are never shared with the Developer.
• Consumable gem packs do not return once spent. Permanent products (remove_ads, starter_pack, cosmetic_bundle_1) can be restored via Google Play even after you delete the app.
• The “Remove ads” purchase turns interstitials off only; rewarded ads you may choose to watch, and their rewards, remain optional.
• Gems open the trade-off cars and cosmetics; no purchase makes a car drive better than another.

Advertising

The Game contains optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Watching a rewarded ad is entirely your choice; the Game is fully playable without watching any ad. For ad consent, personalisation preferences and advertising ID management see the Privacy Policy. No ads are ever shown during a run.

Google Play Games

Leaderboards and achievements run on Google Play Games. These features are subject to your Google account and Google's own terms. Runs in which a continue or boot items were used are never submitted to any leaderboard. Without sign-in the Game works exactly the same; only these social features are hidden.

Your game progress

Your progress (records, coins, gems, cars, cosmetics, missions, settings) is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. The Developer is not obliged to restore progress lost through device changes, app deletion or data loss.

Changes to live services

The Developer may update, change or remove the Game and its features (content, balance, rewards, events). Some values (ad frequency, reward amounts, level and cup thresholds) may also change without an update via remote configuration. These changes never cost you anything extra.

Acceptable use

• Use the Game only for its intended purposes; do not spoil others' experience (cheats, automation, exploits).
• Do not abuse exploits that break the balance of the Game or its virtual economy; report bugs to [email protected].
• Do not share unlawful, harassing or inappropriate content in connection with the Game (e.g. adding your own text to share cards).

Intellectual property

The Game's name, code, graphics, music, sounds, designs and all content belong to the Developer and are protected by copyright. Third-party services (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase) are governed by their own terms. The Game is not a product of, nor endorsed by, Google, Android or Google Play.

Limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is”. Except where mandatory law says otherwise, the Developer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data/progress or loss of profit arising from use of the Game. Where liability exists, it is limited to the total you paid in the Game in the last 12 months.

Termination

You may end these Terms at any time by deleting the app. If you breach them, the Developer may withdraw support and access within the framework of Play policies.

Changes and governing law

If these Terms change, the date on this page is updated; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye; Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
